As with nearly every Full Perm contentavailable in Second Life, we do have a few Terms and Conditions that you need to agree on before you use our Mesh.
We are quite flexible on our Terms & Conditions and but if you have any doubt contact Beefburgers Resident.
Our Items are 100% Mesh
IMPORTANT : If you purchase our products you accept the terms of this TOS below.
(Group Gifts/Free Items are also bound by these Terms & Conditions).
* None of Aquatica products may be given as a FREEBIE unless the following is adhered to:
1) You must create your own textures
2) It does not have our uv /shadow map or textures in its contents
3) It may only be given with “copy” permission (No Mod, No Transfer)
4) Its sole purpose is of promoting of your business or group
It can only be set as a freebie following the above conditions and for a limited time ONLY. If in doubt IM us at Aquatica
* None of Aquatica products may be sold as a builders kit, they are already builders kits for you to use
* You may use in your creations (please link the mesh to show you as the creator)
*Items MUST be set to either NO COPY or NO TRANSFER
* What you sell must be the finished final product
*Do not include any of the textures or maps provided by us in the final product (contents)
* Maps provided by Aquatica may be used to create your final product
* Texture packs may be sold separately by Aquatica. You are allowed to use these
* Your final product pricing should be resonable at least
* One item can only be licensed to one avatar. Buying one item and transferring it to your alt avatars or friends is not allowed
* If you have a business partner or store alt please contact us for licensing info
* Our items are intended to be a component for use in your own creations
* In case of significant changes it can also be resold as a standalone
* Please link the mesh to show you as the creator
* As our Meshes are Full Perm, No Refunds will be given unless a duplicate purchase has been made (We have our vendors set not to allow duplicate purchases)
* Do not use our products on other grids without our prior consent, yes we check!
* We will file DCMA for anyone using Aquatica meshes without having purchased it.
We reserve the right to have Linden Lab remove any content that we believe goes against these rules in accordance with DCMA.
